Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous approach to cleaning and safety. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety across designated areas.
  • Ensuring all cleaning equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Managing waste disposal, including medical waste, in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Responding to cleaning emergencies in a healthcare setting.
  • Documenting waste disposal procedures and adhering to hospital standards.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Essential qualifications include:

  • A valid California driver's license.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to hygiene.
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and their safe usage.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
At Janus, we offer a competitive salary range of $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
