Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As an End-Stage Renal Disease specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

About the Role

You will work closely with patients and their families to deliver personalized care, overseeing treatment and collaborating with a supportive team. The ideal candidate will have flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to quality improvement initiatives.

Salary Range

$64,000 - $92,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to oversee treatment and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • No Dialysis experience is required, but training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
