Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and ensuring a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive and personalized experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the front-of-store area, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment that meets company standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on customer service skills, product knowledge, and store policies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and report any potential loss prevention issues, working closely with management to implement solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with management, Associates, and customers, providing clear and concise information and updates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
