Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, attract, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop talent acquisition strategies
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes to attract diverse candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and career growth

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
