\t- Must hold a current EPA Certification and a TDLR Technician Card.
\t - Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
\t - Proven proficiency in residential and light commercial HVAC repairs and maintenance.
\t - Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating positive client experiences.
\t - Team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating effectively with fellow technicians and support staff.
\t - High level of honesty and integrity in all professional dealings.
\t - Availability to work a full work week, including potential overtime as needed.
\t - Willingness to travel within our service area, including Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, Fredericksburg, Blanco, Johnson City, San Marcos, Wimberley, New Braunfels, Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and North San Antonio.
\t - Must be authorized to work in the US.
