Position Title: Painter

Compensation: $21/Hour on W2

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (02 PM - 11 PM)

Location: Beltsville, Maryland

Contract Duration: 06 Months

Role Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for applying protective or decorative coatings to various parts, assemblies, and finished products using advanced techniques such as spray painting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Choosing and mixing appropriate coating materials.
  • Utilizing brushes or rollers for areas that are difficult to reach with a sprayer.
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality standards are met in accordance with established procedures.
  • Processing components through chemical etching prior to finishing.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • A GED or High School Diploma.
