Job Overview

Full-Time - Onsite

We are in search of a Production Planner who will be accountable for the development, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of MRP data, production timelines, and operational analytics. This role acts as a pivotal communication link among sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ diverse data sources to effectively schedule and prioritize production work orders, ensuring alignment with cost and service objectives.
  • Balance material inventory, and manage the cycle counting process.
  • Generate production reports and track schedule adherence.
  • Oversee MRP data management and enhancements.
  • Analyze demand patterns and recommend adjustments to takt time.
  • Create, disseminate, and interpret production performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales to formulate capacity plans and integrate forecasts into MRP systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Epicor is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, basic mathematics, and decision-making capabilities.
  • A collaborative mindset, with readiness to thrive in a dynamic, expanding, and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with TPS/Lean/6 Sigma methodologies; dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification will be required upon hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and warehouse/production floor settings.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs is required.
