Casino Loyalty Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Casino Host to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with high-value players, promoting their loyalty to our establishment.

• Develop and maintain strong rapport with valued customers through personalized interactions and rewards.
• Nurture ongoing dialogue with loyal table and slot players to ensure they feel appreciated and engaged.
• Exercise sound judgment when offering complimentary services, striking a balance between customer satisfaction and fiscal responsibility.
• Accurately maintain records in our Customer Management Platform and stay informed about all marketing promotions.

• Demonstrate analytical skills and common sense to effectively carry out instructions and resolve complex problems.
• Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Hold a valid Mississippi State Gaming License.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
