Key Responsibilities
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Expertise: Develop and implement PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.
  • Maintenance Improvement Specialist: Identify and implement maintenance improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Preventive Maintenance Planner: Collaborate with the planning team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
  • Technical Documentation and Training: Utilize technical drawings and documentation to diagnose and repair complex systems, and provide training and guidance to less experienced technicians.
  • Team Collaboration and Support: Provide technical expertise and support to production workers, and collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, vocational training in maintenance technology, and a minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting, hydraulics and industrial pneumatic circuits, electricity, and robot programming and troubleshooting.
