  • Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Have open availability of (15 to 20) hours per week.
What You'll Do
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
  • Assist Management Team: Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business.
  • Support Service Enhancers: Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge.
  • Multi-Tasking: Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task, and/or handle projects simultaneously.
  • Product Knowledge: Be aware of fashion trends and seek information about all new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, fashion, etc.
  • Style and Suggest: Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers and suggest items to match their needs.
  • Maximize Performance: Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching, and feedback.
  • Meet Sales and Service Metrics: Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including clientelling/outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
  • Complete Projects: Complete projects as assigned, including operational assignments: filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
