What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining quality system processes to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to review and approve manufacturing build documents, including work orders and nonconformance records.
  • Leading quality system audits and analyzing data to inform process improvements.
  • Participating in engineering design reviews to enhance quality and manufacturability of new designs.
  • Providing guidance on quality-related matters to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, with experience in aerospace, space launch, or military/commercial aviation industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Prior experience with AS9100 or ISO9000 Quality Management System and/or related quality systems and programs is highly valued.
