KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Restocking juice, syrup, and batch containers during service periods.
  • Assisting in the closing procedures of the bar area, which includes sweeping, mopping, managing waste, and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Changing kegs and aiding in the stocking of spirits and beer.
  • Polishing and replenishing glassware throughout service.
  • Clearing plates and glassware from the bar and lounge areas.
  • Preparing tables for food service.
  • Potentially assisting with bar preparation tasks, such as making syrups, cutting garnishes, and batching cocktails.
  • Delivering and explaining dishes to guests, along with addressing menu inquiries.
  • Providing tableside service support to lounge and patio guests.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and think clearly under pressure.
  • Capacity to move swiftly and gracefully in a bar environment.
  • Understanding of ingredients and culinary techniques.
  • Developing knowledge of wines.
  • Expanding knowledge of cocktail ingredients and preparation methods.

This position offers eligibility for a share of the hospitality charge included in guest checks. Benefits such as paid time off, health, dental, accident, and life insurance plans are available after a specified period of employment. A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching is offered after one year of service.
