  • Communication: Develop and present design plans to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Mathematical Concepts: Apply mathematical concepts, including hydraulic calculations and project cost analysis, to ensure accurate design and implementation.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using AutoCAD, HydraCAD, and AutoSPRINK to design and implement fire sprinkler systems.
  • BIM Modeling: Responsible for creating BIM models and conducting field surveys to ensure accurate design and implementation.
  • Trade Coordination: Coordinate with trades to ensure smooth implementation of fire sprinkler systems.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate or Technical Degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in fire protection design, preferably with NICET certification.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and HydraCAD, with experience in Hydratec a plus.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
