We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Counselor to join our team at The Center for Youth and Family Solutions. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our residents, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily routines and activities
• Document services delivered and track progress towards established goals
• Dispense medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols
• Ensure residents' adherence to facility rules and regulations

• High School diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience working with youth and families
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred
• Child Welfare experience a plus
