Position: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

C&R Management Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure the operational integrity and aesthetic appeal of our residential and commercial properties. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, managing repairs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Manage landscaping and outdoor maintenance to enhance property appearance.
  • Oversee pool maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness in common areas.
  • Utilize technology to manage work orders efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a maintenance role or two years in a related field.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Experience with pool maintenance and janitorial services.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate maintenance equipment safely.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate between $26-$28, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Paid time off including sick leave, vacation, and holidays.
  • Monthly cell phone stipend.
