Position Overview: This role is situated within the Mall Bowling, a component of the Fort Moore Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program.
Objective: To streamline the hiring process, candidates are encouraged to provide comprehensive contact details for both professional and personal references within their resumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management in the effective operation of the facility in line with established protocols.
- Handle cash transactions, including issuing, receiving, and managing cash receipts and change funds; verify cash counts submitted by cashiers.
- Identify cash discrepancies, whether shortages or overages.
- Ensure that only authorized individuals access the facilities.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
- Assist in organizing events according to the established party plans.
- Provide support to bartenders in setting up bars and managing cashier bags.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports and conduct fire safety inspections to secure the facility.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage orders using relevant software.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in cash handling, including receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, and custody of cash items.

- Demonstrated skill in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Effective communication abilities.
Education: There are no educational requirements for this position.
