Position Overview: This role is situated within the Mall Bowling, a component of the Fort Moore Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management in the effective operation of the facility in line with established protocols.
  • Handle cash transactions, including issuing, receiving, and managing cash receipts and change funds; verify cash counts submitted by cashiers.
  • Identify cash discrepancies, whether shortages or overages.
  • Ensure that only authorized individuals access the facilities.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
  • Assist in organizing events according to the established party plans.
  • Provide support to bartenders in setting up bars and managing cashier bags.
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports and conduct fire safety inspections to secure the facility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage orders using relevant software.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective communication abilities.
