Key Responsibilities- Resident Support
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist residents with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
- House Management
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the living space, including laundry and linen management.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any concerns to the Program Supervisor.
- Communication and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, incidents, and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external agencies as needed.

- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
