The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services to residents, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, and promoting a sense of community and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support
    • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
    • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
  • House Management
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the living space, including laundry and linen management.
    • Conduct regular safety checks and report any concerns to the Program Supervisor.
  • Communication and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, incidents, and concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external agencies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as women with mental health disorders and substance use issues.
  • Skills and Qualities

    • Basic cooking skills and knowledge of nutrition.
