Key Responsibilities:

Data Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Perform thorough evaluations of operational data to identify trends, irregularities, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Design, maintain, and oversee dashboards to enable real-time monitoring and proactive interventions.
Enhancing Performance:
  • Collaborate with IT teams to refine process efficiency, capacity, and scalability.
  • Propose enhancements to processes, configurations, and technologies to improve strategic workflows.

  • Collaborate with policy stakeholders to uphold best practices and engage in audits and compliance evaluations.
  • Monitor and report on policy breaches and vulnerabilities, working with audit teams as necessary.
Flexibility in Response to Changing Priorities:
  • React promptly and effectively to alterations in project scope, timelines, and priorities.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources according to shifting business demands and operational needs.
  • Communicate changes and their implications to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and clarity in objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Analyst or in a similar IT leadership capacity, preferably in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure components.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Essential Skills:
  • Prepare content for significant meetings, coordinate with guest speakers, and adhere to key deadlines.
  • Facilitate meetings, assign action items, and utilize key deadlines to formulate action plans for subsequent steps.

  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Clarity PPM is advantageous.
