Seeking a Compassionate Spiritual Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual care and guidance to patients and their families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Assess and address spiritual needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support on spiritual and emotional well-being

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or hospice setting
  • Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death, and dying
