As a Memory Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting residents within our Memory Care Program, helping them maintain their dignity while engaging in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate, consistent companionship and support to residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility, promoting their independence.
- Facilitate and participate in both individual and group activities to encourage social interaction.
- Provide assistance during mealtimes, manage memory care laundry, and maintain cleanliness in the memory care area.
- Address resident, family, and employee concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills are required, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A compassionate, kind, and engaging demeanor is essential.
