We are seeking compassionate and empathetic Caregivers to join our team at Orchard Pointe by Cogir, a beautiful assisted living community in your area.

As a Care Partner, you will provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting. If you are kind, caring, and overflowing with integrity and compassion, we would love to hear from you.

Our Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.

We prioritize independence and provide emotional support to our residents by offering compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.

Our Caregivers also encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs, promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff, and provide a positive team player attitude and love working with people.

What we're looking for:

  • Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
  • Experience with memory care is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
