Position Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our care.

Work Schedule:
Part-time shifts available from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
2. Foster meaningful interactions through conversation and engagement in activities.
3. Collaborate closely with the nursing team to meet the care requirements of residents.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring resident rooms are tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications:
1. Current registration as a Nurses Aide in Connecticut.
2. A genuine passion for working with the elderly.
3. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
5. Must be in good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
