As a Water and Sewage Plant Supervisor at the California Health Care Facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water and sewage treatment plants. This includes ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of wastewater and the production of clean drinking water for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of plant operators and maintenance personnel
- Monitor and control the treatment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement plans to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs
