Job Description:

As an Insurance Producer, you'll be responsible for:

• Actively engaging and managing new client acquisition through various sales strategies.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Providing expert knowledge to clients, helping them understand and choose insurance products that best fit their needs.
• Implementing targeted sales strategies to achieve company objectives and individual performance goals.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory policies.
• Building and maintaining professional networks to increase opportunities for client referrals and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a New York State Property & Casualty license prior to employment.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
