Engineering Sustainment Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Sustainment Supervisor to join our team at NANA Regional Corp. As a key member of our sustainment team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the maintenance and operation of our network of towers and facilities in Alaska.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on our network of towers and facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and operations of complex systems
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
