Position Summary
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Oversee and cultivate commercial credit partnerships while also managing select consumer mortgage and auto financing. Foster and sustain strong connections with all stakeholders involved in loan processes, facilitating sales through the design of innovative and attractive loan offerings.

- Uphold the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secure information systems to adhere to banking regulations.
- Manage both commercial and consumer lending relationships;
- Act as a leader in loan production within the market/branch;
- Direct and execute business development initiatives for both new and existing loan relationships;
- Evaluate loan requests primarily associated with the designated lending portfolio;
- Serve as a resource for less experienced consumer lenders;
- Supervise and, when necessary, oversee the collection and legal proceedings for various loan relationships in collaboration with relevant bank officials;
- Participate in designated bank loan committees;
- Engage in community events associated with branches, which may include assisting in planning and execution;
- Provide recommendations to management regarding product enhancements or modifications;
- Mentor branch personnel, fostering a culture of coaching and development;
- Refer banking and other business lines from the customer base to the Branch Retail Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong sales, organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance (sales/loan experience may be considered as a substitute);
- Two to five years of experience in lending or equivalent experience.
