About the Role
USAA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Claims Adjuster - Property Insurance to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a critical role in investigating, evaluating, and resolving property insurance claims in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate property insurance claims to determine the extent of damage or loss
- Conduct site visits to assess damage and gather information
- Communicate with policyholders to gather information and provide updates on the claims process
- Work with adjusters and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a fair and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Successful completion of a job-related assessment is required
