Job Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and restocking of guest rooms, including changing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies.
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint and furniture as needed.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
