Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $26.30-$52.60 per hour, depending on the location.

Description of Job Responsibilities

This role involves providing personalized training to patients on using home testing equipment for blood sample collection and operating PT/INR products. The trainer will remotely set up appointments, travel to customers' homes within a specified geographic area, demonstrate equipment use, and instruct on proper care and reporting options.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Remotely setting up training appointments with customers or caregivers
  • Traveling to customers' homes within the designated geographic area
  • Demonstrating and instructing on equipment use and care
  • Explaining test reporting options
  • Communicating professionally and accurately documenting patient training records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Direct experience in anticoagulation management, home care, or allied health is preferred, as well as health education training experience. Additionally, you should be proficient in basic website and application troubleshooting using a smart device.

Benefits and Requirements

This is a per-diem position that requires reliable transportation and flexibility to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip. Completion of assigned educational prerequisites, proof of health screening documentation, and successful completion of a consumer report (background check) and pre-employment drug screening are also required.
