Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to drive profitable store sales.
    • Utilize sales skills and techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care
    • Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit and adapt lenses and frames to meet patient needs.
    • Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings to suit patient requirements.
    • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames to prescription and patient need.
  • Ensure Quality and Efficiency
    • Ensure accurate pricing, POS entry, and realistic delivery time quotes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Assist with the timely execution of approved marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Develop Business Relationships
    • Foster positive and results-oriented relationships with associates and doctors.
    • Develop professional business relationships with other associates and doctors to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience typically achieved with a minimum of 1-2 years in a retail environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
    • Experience and proven results with a retail or customer service establishment.
    • Ability to present and implement decisive and creative solutions to opportunities to grow the business.
    • Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations.
