Job Summary

Shelby Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of residence/practice
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

Certifications:

  • Current certification in CPR
