Essential Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in a vehicle manufacturing setting

Key Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking a Facility Engineer to support a major defense client. This role is critical in assisting the U.S. Army's Ground Combat Systems program within a partner nation. The engineer will work onsite one day a week, with core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM. The position involves ensuring that international partners have the necessary facilities and capabilities to maintain and support ground combat vehicles effectively.
Key tasks include:
- Evaluating space allocation and identifying potential bottlenecks in manufacturing workflows.
- Recommending enhancements to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Reviewing facility designs and collaborating with international entities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Identifying any deficiencies and working on modifications for improved functionality.
- Utilizing engineering expertise to enhance the performance of existing facilities in the partner nation.
- Planning for future growth by reviewing expansion strategies, identifying capacity enhancement opportunities, and suggesting infrastructure improvements.
This position does not require international travel but may involve domestic travel within the U.S. for collaboration with local industrial partners.
