This role provides avenues for professional advancement and skill enhancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver design assistance for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
  • Provide troubleshooting support for ongoing production processes
  • Evaluate data and execute solutions for ongoing improvement
  • Engage in non-metallic (plastics) design projects
  • Occasionally resolve production line challenges
  • Maintain a minimum of 3 days of in-office presence each week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
  • Proven mechanical aptitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in CAD modeling using Creo
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in a manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or assembly processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience post-education
