We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesia Technician Lead to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our anesthesia technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our anesthesia services, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mentoring and guidance to new and less experienced anesthesia technicians
- Ensure the management of anesthesia purchases, including the removal of recall supplies
- Work with Biomedical Engineering to ensure the repair and maintenance of anesthesia equipment
- Collaborate with OR colleagues to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care
- Develop and implement processes to improve anesthesia services and patient outcomes
- 2 years of experience utilizing sterilization techniques in an OR
- 3 years of experience functioning as an anesthesia technician in an OR
- ASATT certification (preferred)
