As a Client Associate/Registered Client Associate at RBC Capital Markets, LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting financial advisors and clients in a fast-paced, professional environment. Your administrative and operational skills will be utilized to help advisors manage and grow their business, while demonstrating a client-first approach to meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
- Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when necessary.
- Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicating with clients about required items.
- Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support to one or more Financial Advisors (FA) and/or the Branch Director, including servicing clients, researching problems, processing account forms and related paperwork, maintaining accurate account records, preparing client correspondence, and entering unsolicited orders in client accounts.
- Goals should reflect and align with the overall business plan of the FA(s) you support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.
- Attention to detail and a mindset focused on making advisors more efficient and effective.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or the willingness to obtain them within 12 months of hire.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
