Job Title: Special Education Teacher - Telehealth Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team as a Telehealth Professional. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Special Education and a Virginia K-12 special educator teaching certificate. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with on-site facilitators, other teachers or specialists, and IEPs. Attending IEP meetings and meeting with parents are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with on-site facilitators, other teachers or specialists, and IEPs
- Attend IEP meetings and meet with parents
- Provide special education services to students with mild to moderate needs
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Special Education
- Active Virginia K-12 special educator teaching certificate
- ESCE endorsement
- Active Licensure in your residential state, if applicable
- Willing to obtain professional liability insurance
