With a legacy spanning over 125 years, we manage a diverse fleet of approximately 120,000 tank cars and 10,000 freight cars, supported by two manufacturing facilities and a network of over 110 repair shops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to optimize performance.
- Safety Management: Uphold stringent health and safety standards, creating a culture of safety within the team.
- Conduct safety briefings and administer training programs.
- Ensure compliance with customer safety policies and regulations.
- Human Resources: Participate in the recruitment process and provide constructive feedback on employee performance.
- Develop performance improvement plans for team members.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of employee performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations meet quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in audits and maintain readiness for inspections.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of leadership experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
