- Active Participation in Quality Initiatives: Join our Elimination of Waste Team meetings to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- Support Company Goals and Objectives: Contribute to the achievement of our company's strategic objectives by maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Operate Assembly Machinery: Safely and effectively operate various assembly machinery within the secondary operations, following operator instructions and guidelines.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Visually inspect parts to ensure proper quality, using gauges as required, and adhere to Control Plan/Quality check sheet protocols.
- Quality Reporting and Documentation: Accurately report any quality defects to the Team Leader or Supervisor and complete all necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
- Scanning and Printing SAP Labels: Scan and print SAP product labels as required.
- Computer Skills and Machinery Operation: Possess basic computer skills and working knowledge of SAP hand-held scanners, calculators, and printers.
- Quality and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria.
