Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt and Promote Lean Manufacturing Principles: Collaborate with our team to identify and eliminate waste, improving overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Active Participation in Quality Initiatives: Join our Elimination of Waste Team meetings to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Support Company Goals and Objectives: Contribute to the achievement of our company's strategic objectives by maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operate Assembly Machinery: Safely and effectively operate various assembly machinery within the secondary operations, following operator instructions and guidelines.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Visually inspect parts to ensure proper quality, using gauges as required, and adhere to Control Plan/Quality check sheet protocols.
  • Quality Reporting and Documentation: Accurately report any quality defects to the Team Leader or Supervisor and complete all necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Scanning and Printing SAP Labels: Scan and print SAP product labels as required.
Requirements
  • Computer Skills and Machinery Operation: Possess basic computer skills and working knowledge of SAP hand-held scanners, calculators, and printers.
  • Quality and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria.
