• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, educate associates on tools and tasks, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, understand and plan future productions, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, and providing member service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented.
