Driving a shuttle van may be required based on property needs.Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or a related sector is essential; possesses comprehensive knowledge of hotel maintenance operations.
A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Licensure in a relevant trade is required (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
A valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary.
An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required, specific to the property.
Ability to perform tasks with a significant degree of independence.
Capable of addressing complex issues.
Job Duties:
Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen and other equipment.
Replace light bulbs; conduct preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repairs, touch-up painting, minor furniture repairs, tub caulking, and tile repairs.
Carry out preventative maintenance for ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting spaces, swimming pools, and hot tubs.
Perform plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and preventative upkeep on all exhaust fans; monitor energy efficiency; repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as requested.
Respond promptly to any alarms to ascertain the precise location and cause, determine emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk.
