Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at CRH plc. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and removing molds and lines/fixtures for molding machines, ensuring the optimal performance and condition of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mold Installation and Removal: Follow established procedures for removing molds from machines, including but not limited to, removal of water and other contaminants.
  • Mold Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure molds and molding equipment are in good working condition.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure molding machines and equipment to meet production requirements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure molds and equipment meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mold installation, removal, and maintenance procedures.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with molding machines and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
