Home Health LPN Job Description

MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized care to patients, following the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medication with expertise, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously.
  • Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
