Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Research Projects: Participate in the development and execution of research projects, providing clinical research expertise as needed.
  • Develop and Maintain Research Infrastructure: Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations, and maintain research practices using Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Coordinate Research Projects: Communicate project status and improvement areas to leadership, and implement department-wide initiatives such as research quality management and clinical trial recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain Patient Confidentiality: Ensure patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations, and participate in required training and education programs.
Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in biological sciences.

Experience:

3 years of experience in area of research specialty required.
