  • Dishwasher: Ensure clean dishes are available by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware. Prepare the dish area and kitchen for the next shift.
  • Prep Cook: Prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions. Clean and sanitize stations at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Line Cook: Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Manage sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
