Job Overview

We are in search of skilled Production Machine Technicians to operate and maintain our advanced machinery. Ideal candidates will have experience with injection and blow molding machines, as well as packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document equipment performance and operational procedures.
  • Maintain machinery in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality protocols, conducting regular quality assessments on products.
  • Communicate any mechanical or quality concerns to the supervisor.
  • Inspect products for any defects and perform quality assurance tests using appropriate measuring tools, entering data into the system.
  • Understand and execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures for each machine.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machinery using hand tools to ensure consistent operation and product quality according to specifications.
  • Complete all required documentation in both paper and electronic formats.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires a medium level of physical activity:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds using hydraulic equipment.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of shifts.
  • Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, climb, and perform various hand movements.
  • Required safety gear includes hearing, hand, head, and eye protection, as well as protective footwear.
