Job Summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team in Allentown, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing products according to production specifications and schedule, volume, cost, and wastage targets or quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products safely and efficiently.
  • Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or remanufacture faulty products.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records to ensure manufacturing performance can be tracked.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • 0-1 years related experience or PBS requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • On-call hours as needed.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
