Your Role

In this role, you will deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will provide holistic, individualized care tailored to the needs of each patient and act as an advocate for their safety. Additionally, you will participate in developing and implementing care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current State of Utah Registered Nurse license in good standing
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent experience
  • BLS/CPR certification and CPI/Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 90 days of hire
  • At least one year of experience in chemical dependency or psychiatric nursing, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field
