About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mogollon Treatment Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, providing education and support to patients and their families, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve treatment goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing topics such as medication management, symptom reduction, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies that enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • DNP or MSN degree from an accredited program; current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric-mental health nursing, preferably in an inpatient or residential setting.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with ability to identify and prioritize patients' needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems.
Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
