Key responsibilities include effective communication with both children and adults, leading teaching assistants, and addressing any parental inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Design educational activities aligned with best practices and learning benchmarks.
- Model exemplary behavior and foster the success of the teaching staff.
- Develop age-appropriate initiatives to encourage children's development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and conduct meetings.
- Ensure adherence to center policies and regulations.
- Uphold a clean and safe classroom setting.
- Oversee assistants and volunteers.
- Keep precise records and pursue professional growth opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience in child care.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- High energy levels and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Thorough understanding of child development principles.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Clear background check and health assessment.
- Physical capabilities such as walking and handling objects.
- Effective leadership and organizational abilities.
