Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Regional Wisconsin Float Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinics across Northwest Wisconsin, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact in our communities.

Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves working as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in an outpatient setting, providing primary care services to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for performing routine check-ups, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
Work EnvironmentThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The float team model allows for flexibility and variety in your work schedule, with opportunities to work at multiple clinic locations throughout the region.
Requirements- Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- National certification in applicable area.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
